Hey, I’m Cailie

I’m a registered Clinical Nutritionist and behavioural change expert based in Brisbane, Australia. As a mum of 3 young (and crazy!) boys, I understand firsthand how tough it can be to dedicate time to yourself in amongst the chaos.

Whilst motherhood is rewarding and fulfilling, it’s also really bloody tough, and some days it feels like you've been dragged backward through a hedge before 8 a.m.

I am incredibly passionate about empowering mums to put themselves first without the guilt.

  • LESSON 1: Re-energise your Habits - Setting goals that stick.
    I will teach you about outcome vs behaviour based goals, and take you through a powerful goal-setting process so that you can create habits that stick.

  • LESSON 2: Re-energise your Nutrition - Guiding nutrition principals vs diet mentality.
    You will learn about fundamental nutrition principles (based on nutrient-dense, whole foods approach) so you can develop a healthy attitude toward food rather than following restrictive diets.

  • LESSON 3: Re-energise your Hormones - Creating healthy, balanced, and hormone-friendly meals.
    I will introduce you to the concept of nutrient-dense eating and how to create a healthy, balanced plate with all macro-nutrients in healthy portion sizes to support hormone health.

  • LESSON 4: Re-energise your Metabolism - Metabolism and fat burning.
    You will learn about how the body stores and releases fat, and what factors can impact on your weight.

  • LESSON 5: Re-energise your Hunger - Mindful eating and honouring hunger/fullness.
    You will learn the 4 types of hunger, and how to identify ‘true hunger’, and why mindful eating is so important for healthy weight management.

  • LESSON 6: Re-energise your Mindset - Cravings & emotional eating.
    I will teach you about cravings and how to manage them, what emotional eating is and better ways to cope so that you can stop self-sabotage for good.

  • LESSON 7: Re-energise your Vitality - Stress, sleep and self-care.
    Learn about the impact of chronic stress on your health, the difference between self care and self comfort. You will also learn about why sleep is your superpower when comes to health.

  • The waitlist is currently open

    You will have access to your course content, resources and community beyond these dates though, so you can refresh on valuable information whenever you need.

  • I totally understand the juggle. That’s why I’ve designed this program to fit in with busy schedules.

    The weekly pre-corded lessons are uploaded to the course portal for you to watch in your own time (typically 20-40min of content), and the the group coaching calls run for 30min each week.

  • Scheduling conflicts arise from time to time, but you needn’t worry. The coaching calls will be recorded and uploaded to course portal for you to watch at a more convenient time.

    If you have something specific that you would like to be covered, you can either post your question on the Facebook community group, or submit to me prior to the coaching call so I can be sure to address it.

  • Stock standard courses that are one-size-fits-all do not achieve long-lasting results. How could they? You are an individual and deserve to be supported as one. My program provides not just the ‘what’ to do, but the how, when and why, underpinned with evidence-based behavioural change strategies.

    You’re not only gaining invaluable knowledge with this program, but you receive the practical support with ongoing access to me and customised meal plans to help keep you accountable so that you achieve your individual health goals.

    My background is in group facilitation and training, so I will ensure that everyone’s voices are heard in our weekly sessions.
