Zesty Mango & Coconut smoothie

Looking for a refreshing summer smoothie, that you can enjoy all year round?

I love making the most of mango season any way I can, but I also always have my freezer stashed with frozen mangoes so I can make this smoothie because it is INSANELY good.

SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup diced mango

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup coconut water (+ more if required to reach you desired consistency)

  • ½ cup cauliflower, chopped

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ cup plain greek yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice + 1 tsp lime zest

  • Handful ice cubes

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more coconut water to reach desired consistency

  2. Enjoy immediately.
