GF Choc Chip Cookies

If you are looking for a quick, tasty and nutrient-dense snack, look no further! These cookies are full of fibre and protein from the almond and flax meal and oh so delicious!

They take no more than 5min to throw together and keep beautifully in an airtight container in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS

  • 175 grams almond or flax meal

  • 50 grams coconut oil

  • 30 grams honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 mini dark choc chips

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then spoon small portions onto a baking tray before baking in an oven at 140°C (fan forced) for 20 minutes.
