Super easy Chia Pudding
Looking for something a bit different to add to your breakfast regime? This super simple chia pudding recipe is what you need!
This is a base recipe that you can adapt how you like, changing up the ingredients to keep things interesting.
Rich in anti-inflammatory fats and protein, chia puddings make the perfect breakfast or snack.
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice (I used coconut milk)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Your choice of: 1 Tbsp cacao / cinnamon / berries / sautéed apple / Vanilla paste
METHOD
Stir the chia seeds into the milk and allow to sit for an hour or overnight in the fridge
Top with berries, stewed apple, mango, rhubarb - whatever you like!

TIPS
For a chocolatey twist, I like to stir in 1 Tbsp cocoa and a dash of maple syrup before topping with fresh berries and a scoop of yoghurt
Add some granola on top for a delicious crunch
