Super easy Chia Pudding

Looking for something a bit different to add to your breakfast regime? This super simple chia pudding recipe is what you need!

This is a base recipe that you can adapt how you like, changing up the ingredients to keep things interesting.

Rich in anti-inflammatory fats and protein, chia puddings make the perfect breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used coconut milk)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • Your choice of: 1 Tbsp cacao / cinnamon / berries / sautéed apple / Vanilla paste

METHOD

  1. Stir the chia seeds into the milk and allow to sit for an hour or overnight in the fridge

  2. Top with berries, stewed apple, mango, rhubarb - whatever you like!

TIPS

  • For a chocolatey twist, I like to stir in 1 Tbsp cocoa and a dash of maple syrup before topping with fresh berries and a scoop of yoghurt

  • Add some granola on top for a delicious crunch
